MOST OF 1.3M ATLANTIC SHARES WHICH CAME ON OFFER REMAIN WITH ATLANTIC’S EMPLOYEES

By CBR Staff Writer

The Atlantic Computers Plc share price remained unchanged yesterday despite communications subsidiary Lion Systems marketing director Bob Bollington’s sale of 1.3m shares: all but 100,000 of the shares that came on offer remain in the hands of Atlantic employees; chairman John Foulston, who unloaded some of his shares in 1986 to help fund his acquisition of Brands Hatch and two other race tracks led the purchasers, buying 633,000 of the tranche.
