Pat Howard, chief executive officer of Redmond, Washington call center software company Mosaix Inc, has resigned, after the company revealed its third quarter earnings would be well below expectations. First call had predicted earnings of 29 cents a share in the quarter, but the company now expects net income to come in between 10 and 16 cents a share. The shortfall is attributed to weak international sales and fewer domestic call center integration products.
