Mondas signs five year contract with Williams de Broe

Banking and securities software firm Mondas has signed a contract worth GBP350,000 with Williams de Broe, a London, UK-based stockbroker, to offer its corporate actions product, Radica Caps, and election management portal, "EMP".

By CBR Staff Writer

The agreement includes license, services and support over five years.

Radica Caps will be used to enhance straight-through-processing within Williams de Broe’s corporate actions departments, while the EMP technology will utilize a web tool to automate the process of making elections on voluntary corporate actions. The applications will be fully integrated with the stockbroker’s back office systems.

According to Jarlath McGee, CEO of Mondas, the company will look to collaborate with Williams de Broe to develop the capabilities of Mondas’ Asset Servicing platforms.
