Mondas says that financial institutions find managing and validating corporate actions challenging because of the vast amount of data that is often paper-based, and thus prone to error.
It has worked with financial institutions to develop a product suite that will automate the flow and improve the accuracy of corporate action data.
Now, institutions will be able to receive corporate actions data feeds from the Exchange directly through Mondas’ Radica Caps. The interface will allow Mondas’ clients to automate the capture of global corporate actions through the Radica Caps software platform.
This relationship with the LSE further extends the capability of Radica Caps and allows our users to benefit from even greater flexibility in the automation of corporate action processing. says Jarlath McGee, CEO of Mondas. This partnership ensures that our position as the leading vendor in this area is strengthened still further.
Radica Caps clients include JM Finn, Credit Suisse Investment Banking, Credit Suisse Asset Management, Brewin Dolphin Securities, Man Financial, Williams de Broe and Panmure Gordon.
