The website, developed as a part of the government’s Framework for the Future, is aiming to make libraries more attractive for all and includes learning modules, case studies and background materials, all targeted at helping public library staff better serve the needs of the disabled community.
The MLA said that the reading and research being made available could be utilized in a variety of different ways, including training programs, one-off topic updates or just as a reference on disability issues.
