The companies said Mountaintop Software will deliver conversion plug-ins for the MKS Integrity Suite, while providing expertise in repository migrations from other application lifecycle management environments such as Serena PVCS and Computer Associates Harvest.

Mountaintop will also provide a range of services to MKS customers including project mentorship, tools implementation and training, process re-engineering, and application integration services around the MKS Integrity Suite for ALM.

Founded in 1984, MKS claims over 10,000 customers worldwide and is headquartered in Waterloo, Canada. As well as Computer Associates and Serena, its competitors include Mercury Interactive, IBM, and Telelogic.
