MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC TO DOUBLE PRODUCTION OF 16M-BIT DYNAMICS

Japan’s Mitsubishi Electric Corp says it will double production of16M-bit dynamics to 2m a month by year-end because of demand from US personal computer manufacturers; Toshiba Corp and NEC Corp have already made identical announcements.
