The MERS will feature an enhanced online emissions reporting system with the ability to generate emissions reports, a verification module, the support of both mandatory and emissions reporting and a level of flexibility, navigation and ease-of-use.
Markit, will offer MERS and the Misys Environmental Trading Platform (METP) as premium services on its environmental platform.
