MISYS AQUIRES SUPREME COMPUTER SERVICES

Misys Plc’s Misys Computer Maintenance Ltd has acquired Supreme Computer Services Ltd of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire for up to UKP920,000 cash: Supreme provides computer maintenance and has a contract base worth some UKP2.4m, primarily servicing mid-range processors, personal computers and peripherals; in the year to July, Supreme did UKP196,000 pre-tax on turnover of UKP2.9m and had net assets of UKP602,000 of which UKP372,000 was in cash; cash balances have since risen to over UKP500,000; pament will be in three tranches – UKP500,000 paid on completion on November 18, UKP300,000 on the first anniversary of completion and up to UKP120,000 after the second anniversary of completion, subject to the contract base being at least UKP1.8m.
