Two Japanese investors have bought a minority stake for $7.5m in the Hungarian software development company Graphisoft R&D Rt. Software and services major CSK Corp invested $5.5m in the deal which involved the purchase of existing shares with Nippon Investment & Financing Co investing $2m. Graphisoft declined to disclose further financial details but said it plans to use the $7.5m to establish an international information technology park in Budapest. It had sales of some $15m last year, up from $11m in 1994.
