Gandalf Technologies Inc of Nepean, Ontario has signed IBM Corp for on-site maintenance services in the UK, starting next month. Gandalf’s Technical Assistance Center will continue to provide centralized consultation, remote diagnostics and dial-in support for all Gandalf network products and Gandalf will continue to be responsible for and will manage all of its customers’ service needs. Current and future service contracts will also continue to be held and run by Gandalf.
