MindSpring Enterprises Inc said Monday that it has acquired the consumer dial-up subscribers of Internet Connection USA, based in Naples, Florida. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Atlanta-based MindSpring says the transition of the acquired subscribers should be complete in roughly 60 days and that Internet Connection USA will continue to provide other internet services.
