Mike Kirby, 46, has been named vice president of NCL America Computer Products Inc, and placed in charge of operations for the US subsidiary of National Computer Ltd, Tokyo; NCL is a significant supplier of disk drive controllers for the Japanese desktop computer market; formerly, Kirby was vice president of sales and marketing at Data Technology Corp for four years and vice president of marketing and co-founder of Rotating Memory Systems.
