MICROVITEC GETS VAST SCREEN ORDER FROM AMIGA

Display maker Microvitec Plc, Bradford is a beneficiary of Escom AG’s purchase of rights to the Commodore International Ltd Amiga. It has an order to supply a range of custom monitors to Escom’s Amiga Technologies unit. The value is put at ú20m a year to Microvitec from 1996, and the screens are for the Amiga 1200 computer, to be made in France by Solectron SA.
