MICROSYSTEMS TO ACQUIRE ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTS

Electronic metering, ticketing and call logging systems specialist Microsystems Plc has agreed to acquire privately-held fleet management and explosives detection systems maker Analytical Instruments Ltd for UKP7.1m, made up of two Microsystems shares and 39 pence cash for every three Analyticals.
