Microsystems Group Plc has bought Redditch, West Midlands based Arrow Technology Ltd for a maximum of UKP2.6m in shares and cash; Arrow’s major subsidiary Raitel Communications Ltd develops and markets call monitoring systems for the elderly in their own or in sheltered housing and should fit in well with Microsystems’ profitable Callog business; the final sum paid for Arrow will depend on the profits it turns in to July 31 1988; it has warranted pre-tax profits after interest for this year of UKP400,000.
