Microsoft Corp’s Microsoft Network shut down its worldwide electronic mail computers Wednesday night to upgrade the system. The good news is that once the servers are back on line, subscribers should receive all mail that was sent during the upgrade, the bad news is that delivery of delayed mail should be complete by Sunday.
