MICROSOFT PLANS FASTER VERSION OF WINDOWS FOR MS-DOS

Microsoft Corp is planning a faster version of Windows for MS-DOS that will incorporate the user interface of the OS/2 presentation manager, and instead of tiled screens, Windows version 2.0 will display overlapping windows: the new version is set for the third quarter at $100.
