MICROSOFT JAPAN TO RELEASE JAPANESE VERSION OF FORTRAN OPTIMISING COMPILER 4.0

Microsoft Japan will release a Japanese version of its Fortran Optimising Compiler 4.0 in November: based on the ANSI 77 standard, it includes source code debugger, Microsoft Code View, as standard and runs on all machines with MS-DOS 2.0 or above: selling it for $540, Microsoft looks to sell 5,000 copies.
