Microsoft India is working on a series of tie-ups with the Ministries of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Affairs, Health and Family Welfare and Human Resource Development. It will also sign Memorandum of Understandings with the state governments of Orissa, Rajasthan, Punjab and Kerala. Microsoft will identify specific projects for these states. In Andhra Pradesh, the company is working on ways to issue identification cards to all citizens. The card will include minute details including assets owned by the persons. It also plans to set up training kiosks in rural areas
