Microport Inc of Scotts Valley, California, now owned by Abraxas Software Inc, says that its Formula One System V/4 will begin shipping on July 9 1990 to qualified software and hardware developers: it is a complete binary distribution of AT&T’s System V.4 costing $2,500 per copy; the price includes a no-charge update to the first commercial product release of Formula One System V/4, planned for November 1.
