Richardson, Texas-based Micrografx Inc warns that it expects to take a $3.8m restructuring charge against its figures for the current quarter: the restructuring will include the realignement of product management functions, the creation of a Micrografx business products division, the creation of the At-Home products division, the closing of its Scandinavian subsidiary, and the centralisation of all European marketing in its Munich, Germany office, although Scandinavia will now be run from the UK office.
