The Metropolitan Opera has selected the Epicor Retail SaaS to provide the Met Opera Shop with systemic infrastructure and software to help drive retail operations.
The Epicor Retail SaaS delivery model is a turnkey retail system that provides retailers with access to Epicor’s suite of services for the specialty retail marketplace while virtually reducing the dependency on onsite retail IT infrastructure, said Epicor Software.
According to Epicor, to support a newly renovated retail store within the Metropolitan Opera House, the Met sought a retail system that would integrate with existing technology and enable the retail team to run its operations as efficiently and effectively as possible. The Epicor Retail SaaS offering, which delivers the company’s store, merchandising, audit and operations management, and CRM modules, addressed those needs.
