Metrologie International SA of Paris has acquired 20% of London based microcomputer distributor Trinitec Plc: under the agreement, Trinitec relatins its independence, but gets access to products marketed by the French company and furthers $260m-a-year Metrologie’s ambitions to expand its base internationally.
