Under the terms of the contract, AT&T will deliver an Aruba Networks, a provider of enterprise mobility solutions, wireless local area network and identity-based security solution, including hardware, installation and maintenance to support approximately 3 million square feet of wireless access for the hospital staff.
With AT&T providing installation and maintenance, the MetroHealth System solution will provide secure wireless and wireline networking for voice, video and data applications. The solution is designed to give hospital staff a reliable, facility wide wireless network that offers immediate, always-available access to patient and medical information on a single robust, cost-efficient converged platform.
