Revenue for the fourth quarter of 2000 increased to a record $47,728,000, up 86%

from 1999 fourth quarter revenue of $25,718,000, and up 11% from 2000 third quarter revenue of $42,953,000. Net income for the fourth quarter was $4,701,000, or $0.38 per diluted share, compared with net income of $442,000, or $0.04 per diluted share, in the prior year’s fourth quarter, which included a one time charge in that quarter.

Revenue for the full year ended December 31, 2000 increased to a record

$156,981,000, more than double revenue of $77,831,000 recorded during 1999. Net

income for the year was $9,742,000, or $0.80 per diluted share, compared to net income of $1,906,000, or $0.16 per diluted share, in the prior year.

To meet this increase in demand, we have expanded our operational capacity to 29 call centers with the opening yesterday of our newest call center in Orange County.
