Baltimore, Maryland-based Metastorm said Process Competence is already a certified partner and a licensed distributor for the Metastorm ProVision modeling suite. It said it will play an integral role in extending its direct sales and professional services presence in Europe and other regions.
The acquisition of Process Competence closely follows Metastorm’s acquisition in August of Proforma, a vendor of enterprise architecture and business process analysis tools.
