Specifically, Merge Healthcare will use BigMachines integrated with Salesforce.com to help their sales teams generate quotes, manage complex product configurations, and generate proposals. BigMachines Configure, Price, Propose (CPP) will be tightly integrated with Merge Healthcare’s Salesforce.com CRM system to provide a single view of customer data, in addition to automatically updating sales forecasts as quotes and orders are created and changed.
