Memorex International NV plans to form a new worldwide Memorex Computer Supplies division as part of its planned merger with Telex Corp. The new unit will be headquartered in Milpitas, California and will be responsible for marketing and sourcing computer media, supplies and accessories worldwide for the new Memorex Telex organisation. World-wide supplies revenues for Memorex in 1987 were approximately $210m.
