Psion Plc and Memorex Telex NV subsidiary Memorex Computer Supplies have signed a letter of intent for Memorex to market Psion’s Mobile Computer range under the Memorex brand name. Initially, Memorex will be marketing the range in the US with first shipments expected in November. This is Psion’s first major OEM agreement and it won’t say how much it worth financially. Memorex Computer Supplies which has a strong brand name and distribution presence in the US for its peripheral and media products says it wants to bring other personal computer products into the market.
