Memorex Telex International NV has a new co-ax matrix printer for use with 3270s, the 1324-CE3: the 1324 Coax Matrix Printer is available in four models, with the C01 printing up to 250chps, the C02 up to 400 chps; the CE2 also has the higher print speed and adds 640Kb of memory while the CO1 and CO2 have 128Kb; the CE3 offers print speeds of up to 600chps with 640Kb memory, and operator-selectable print modes include draft, correspondence quality and near letter quality; four and eight-colour printing is supported on all models and host graphics support via Intelligent Printer Data Stream or Programmed Symbols.
