MEMOREX INTERNATIONAL SELLS HOLDING IN TEIJIN MEMOREX – TO BE RENAMED TEIJIN MEMOROMEDIA

Memorex International BV wants to concentrate on marketing, and has sold its 49% holding in its Japanese floppy disk media manufacturing joint venture Teijin Memorex Co to its partner, who will rename it Teijin Memoromedia Co: Memorex will continue to buy disks from the company to sell under its own name.
