The Austin, Texas-based Microelectronics & Computer Technology Corp pre-competitive research co-operative has named Craig Fields president and chief executive in succession to Grant Dove, who will continue as chairman; Fields is former director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and joined as president, chief technical and chief operating officer in July.
