The MCI International Inc arm of MCI Communications Corp has cut international rates and volume discounts on several of its dedicated and switched access voice services as from February 1: MCI Network Services rates to 42 countries are cut an average 5.5%, while on the Prism Plus service, base rates remain the same but volume discount structures are cut by up to 4.6% – but Dial 1 and Prism Plus rates to Canada go up by an average of 2.2%.
