MCI Communications Corp says that it has expanded its virtual network service Vnet to Australia, France and the Netherlands: in Australia MCI has set up a joint venture with Australian Associated Press Group, in France Vnet will interconnect with France Telecom’s Colisee service, while in the Netherlands MCI will connect with a virtual private network service to be offered by PTT Telecom Netherlands next year.
