MCDONNELL FIELD SERVICES BECOMES NOVADYNE IN LEVERAGED BUYOUT

McDonnell Douglas Field Services Co, which distributes the Reality Pick systems built by McDonnell Douglas Information Systems in the US and Canada as well as doing maintenance, has been bought for $65m by a group headed by San Francisco management buyout firm Menke Titolo Capital Corp. The new firm will be called Novadyne Computer Systems Co and starts life doing $100m a year.
