MCDONNELL DOUGLAS IS PICKS UP ANOTHER UK COMPANY

Following its Shape Data acquisition last week (CI No 1,048), McDonnell Douglas Information Systems Ltd has picked up another UK company, paying an undisclosed sum for UKP5m-a-year, 65-employee Northgate Computer Services Ltd of London, which specialises in McDonnell’s Pick-based Reality systems in local government and financial services.
