MCDONNELL DOUGLAS INFORMATION SYSTEMS RECKONS IT WON’T BE EFFECTED BY ITS PARENTS RESTRUCTURING PROCESS

McDonnell Douglas Information Systems says that it will not be affected by the restructuring currently being carried out by its US aerospace parent company McDonnell Douglas Corp: it is not up for sale, but is now operating as a totally autonomous unit within the McDonnell Douglas group; plans for a UK flotation have not been abandoned but postponed pending the result of the next general election.
