McDonnell Douglas Information Systems Plc, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire has postponed plans for a flotation on the London Stock Exchange once, but reckons that there will be no better time than now, and is expected to come to market early next year; according to the Independent on Sunday, it is likely to be valued at between UKP100m and UKP200m; it is doing some UKP160m a year, and had profits of UKP8m in the first half of this year; Baring Brothers and NatWest Wood Mackenzie have been appointed as financial advisers and brokers.
