MCCORMACK & DODGE SETS UP JAPANESE SUBSIDIARY TO EXPLORE LOCAL MARKET

McCormack & Dodge Inc has decided to set up a wholly owned McCormack & Dodge Japan to explore the local market for financial management packages: its first move will be to develop a Japanese extension to the GL+ package for IBM’s System/38 to create a bilingual version – at $71,400; the American language only version will sell for $64,000 in Japan.
