Pro forma earnings per share for the quarter were $0.03, excluding $1.39 million of non-cash charges related to amortization of intangibles. Net loss per share, including such non-cash charges was $(0.00) for the quarter.

For the six months ended June 30, 2001, revenues increased 23% over the same period last year. Pro forma net loss per share, excluding non-cash charges related to the amortization of intangibles, improved from $(0.25) for the six months ended June 30, 2000, to ($0.00) for the six months ended June 30, 2001. Net loss per share, including such non-cash charges, was $(0.31) for the six months ended June 30, 2000, compared with $(0.07) for the six months ended June 30, 2001.
