MBS Product Sales Ltd is changing its name as from March 1: the company will trade under the new name of Technology Plc, and says that this completes an internal reorganisation following the UKP28m management buyout from MBS Plc in July last year (CI N0 1,189); Technology Plc’s business has been reorganised into Personal Systems, Technology Distribution, Systems Support, and the Open Systems Division; Personal Systems was formed by a merger of Corporate Marketing and the Combro divisions of MBS Product Sales; Technology Distribution was formerly MBS Trade Sales; and Systems Support focuses on maintenance, system engineering, installations, technical support, project management, and education.
