Maxima Holdings, a provider of IT business systems and managed services, has bagged two new contracts from Anglian Building Products and UK-based ISP and hosting provider Namesco.

Maxima’s business solutions unit has signed an agreement with Anglian Building Products to develop and implement an ERP system based on its MAXcel business apps, and leveraging efficiency of Microsoft Dynamics AX platform.

Anglian Building Products IT development director Craig Lyon said that the company will be using MAXcel to manage its business process from planning, procurement and delivery through to final installation and after-sales support.

Under the terms of multi-year agreement with Namesco, Maxima will assume responsibility for provision and management of Namesco’s ADSL platform comprising around 8,500 broadband lines to support its ISP and hosting activities.

The company said that Namesco will now be able to provide new differentiating services with introduction of advanced DSL technology features.

Maxima CEO Graham Kingsmill said that having focused the company’s support enablement services and business solutions, it is pleased to see these units gaining momentum in unified network infrastructure and communications services, and Microsoft Dynamics AX activities.
