Mitel co-founder Terry Matthews now has a new company, Newbridge Networks Ltd making multiplexers and personal computer communications products in Ottawa, Canada: the company has announced plans for a UKP4m European headquarters in Newport, Gwent, South Wales, that is planned to employ up to 200.
