MATSUSHITA HAS A THIN FILM HIGH TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTOR

Matsushita Electric Industrial Co says that it has successfully tested a thin film high temperature superconductor – just the thing for integrated circuit applications – at minus 173oC; fabricated from Bismuth, Strontium, Calcium and Copper, it has passed the Meisner Effect test for superconductivity.
