By CBR Staff Writer

Hybrid agency MartinJAY Digital has acquired the assets of California, US-based analytics technologies and social media management applications developer Social Blaze.

The digital agency has acquired all of the company’s intellectual assets, including patent rights, source code and associated domain names.

The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed though MartinJAY’s expects that the acquisition will enhance its existing technology and expand its ability to provide smarter social web strategies and ROI data and analytics to global brands.

Social Blaze is an enterprise-grade social media management application developer founded in 2009 and its "Social Blaze" application delivers information and hard data for social media monitoring, engagement and analytic reporting.

MartinJAY digital executive creative director Ken Stock said the acquisition will enable the company to provide clients with comprehensive tools required to connect with their customers through the social web.

The addition of new technology also enables the digital company to offer efficient social strategies in getting closer to help shape the digital presence of its clients.
