MARCOM TECHNOLOGIES COMPLETE AGREEMENT WITH IBM CORP’S PCRADIO

No sooner said than done: Coral Gables, Florida-based Aspen Marine Group Inc reports that its recently acquired MarCom Technologies Inc unit has now completed the agreement under which it will take over IBM Corp’s PCradio product line, paying an additional $500,000 in cash and confirming the balance on terms that are acceptable to IBM.
