Spanish information technology services company Ingenieros Consultores SA has established a consulting company for information technology systems implementation in partnership with the US company Mansi Intenational. The new company, ICSA Management Information System SA, has enlisted the help of Management Science America Inc and Computer Associates International Inc in systems implementation. A year ago, Ingenieros Consultores also set up on its own, a systems development company with most of its customers drawn from the public, financial and insurance sectors. To date it has developed public and private sectors applications, notably an Economic-Financial Management System for the control of budgets, finance and other costs.
