MANAGEMENT SCIENCE CLAIMS NEW BRIGHTVIEW IS IBM SAA-COMPLIANT

By CBR Staff Writer

Independent software vendor MSA International Inc yesterday announced details of its BrightView range of Systems Application Architecture-compliant co-operative processing packages. Scheduled for March 1989 delivery, BrightView applications are designed to exploit workstation capbilities and up user productivity by offering the ease-of-use and visual conformity features defined by IBM for its Common User Access component. The new range embraces all MSA’s existing applications, and will initially be targeted at users of MS-DOS micros connected to System 370 mainframes. Pricing in the UK is a flat UKP20,000 per application.
