The four-star boutique townhouse hotel offers a range of accommodations, including apartments and guest suites, as well as a fitness centre, restaurant, bar and meeting facilities.
The Visual One property management system will handle front office operations, guest history, housekeeping, night audit, reservations management, room maintenance and travel agent management. The system operates under Microsoft Windows NT with a Microsoft SQL Server database.
The Visual One sales and catering software system manages meeting room and banquet operations and is integrated with the Visual One property management system.

Earlier this year, Kilronan Castle, a five-star hotel in Ireland, selected Visual One suite comprising property management system, POS system, sales and catering system and spa management system. Feversham Arms Hotel in Helmsley, North Yorkshire has also implemented the Visual One suite.
